We process the personal data you provide in the registration or enquiry form for the purpose of job placement and communication with you as a candidate or client representative. The legal basis for processing is your consent, or performance of the job placement agreement.

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, but no longer than 3 years from the last communication, unless the law requires otherwise. We do not share data with third parties other than the clients you are applying to work for, and only to the extent necessary for the selection process.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@bjobs.cz.
